This was a song I composed at least 4 years ago..and the tools I used at that time were less sophisticated than what I have now. But I still consider this as one my favorites. May be because of the lyrics..Yes. The song is based of a few of verses from Kavignar Vairamuthu’s poem titled “India Vivasaaya Naadu” (இந்தியா விவசாய நாடு) which belongs to the collection “Konjam Thaeneer Niraiya Vaanam” (கொஞ்சம் தேநீர் நிறைய வானம்).

This song totally rocks! reminds of a song though..dont remember.
Thanks Vamsee! It it reminds you of any song….it certainly was not intentional..It is a folk song..so many folk songs have similar progressions.
Felt like as if iam in a maattu vandi travelling in a village…thats the feel…Typical folk song!! very nice,….ireally wanted to give some negative remarks, to pretend as Judge, but i cant…its really good…may be i should listen again and again to note the defects, if there are any…so you are showing variety in your Music,… its not the same type…each one has a different mood..
Of course – I would love to get some critical feedback. I know of one handicap in most of my songs – The singer or the Voice
It is easy sometimes for me to complete the song with my voice – And I don’t have access to good singers readily..!!
This is one song which I cherish a lot because, the lyrics inspired me to do the song. When I write my own lyrics, there are some disadvantages because I can control the flow (both lyrically and musically) very easily, thus compromising on potentially good outputs quite unintentionally.
Thanks again!
