Man on a Boat

Man on a Boat

I saw a poor old man singing on his boat
He had lost his voice because he can’t vote
He sang “I am angry and I want you to know why"
He had tears as he looked into my eye.
"The value of my thought may have dropped",
"The respect for my freedom of speech may have stopped",
"But no one can ask me to stop the fight”,
"And I don’t need a reason because it’s my right".

Besides fantasizing about being a Peter Gibbons at least for a couple of days at my work, I think I have a long way to go to realize some of the other fantasies. But like any ambitious man out there, I will get there!
